STUDIOS

Dock Street Studios is a boutique recording studio complex in East London: two pinpoint accurate control rooms, together with two excellent live rooms, designed by Nick Whitaker. Located in Zone 1 of central London, with great transport links to the east and west of the city.

Dock Street Studios is a cutting-edge music recording facility nestled in the vibrant neighbourhood of Aldgate, London. Our mission is to provide musicians, artists, and music enthusiasts with the perfect space to unleash their creativity and take their craft to new heights.

At Dock Street Studios, we understand that music is an art form that deserves exceptional care and attention. Our purpose-built facility boasts two fully equipped studios designed to cater to a wide range of musical genres and projects. Studio A, our flagship studio, is a spacious and cozy room featuring top-of-the-line recording equipment, including the renowned SSL AWS 948 Delta Console. Whether you're a solo artist, band, or ensemble, Studio A provides the perfect setting to capture your musical vision with precision and clarity. For more intimate projects and solo endeavors, Studio B offers a cozy and creative space equipped with high-quality recording equipment and a comfortable control room. Known as one of the best sounding rooms in London, it's the perfect spot for writing, production, mixing, and more intimate recording sessions.

Our team of experienced engineers and assistants is dedicated to offering technical expertise, guidance, and any assistance needed to ensure that your vision is realized to its fullest potential. Our studios are the perfect place to bring your musical vision to life. We offer a wide range of instruments, including an upright piano, a 73 Fender Rhodes, a 1960's Ludwig Hollywood Drumkit, and a collection of guitars ranging from a 1970's 12-string Fender XII to a 1960's Harmony Hollowbody. Complementing our instrument selection is a carefully curated array of high-quality microphones and outboard gear, such as the Neumann U67, AKG 414EB, JZ Black Holes, Shadow Hills Master Compressor, Heritage 8173 EQ pres, 1960s EMI valve pres, and more.
